2. Funding for Pre-Launch Prototype Development
$400,000 for nine months (just like a baby) - team of four supported by team of eight.

3. Launch Prototype and Movie
Two years' work, team of eighteen plus partners and subcontractors, budget of $24M including launch vehicle. The movie pays for the project costs.

4. Realistic or Not?
